Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time will be considered a late cancellation. No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will result in the session being forfeited. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in: Loss of the session credit, or A cancellation fee (if applicable) We understand emergencies happen.
